If You Are a Smoker or Used To Smoke, This Drink Will Cleanse Your Lungs.

There is no doubt that people will do just about anything to stay looking good and feeling healthy, yet at the same time many of us have our vices and bad habits which we indulge in regularly. These are the things that make us look bad and negatively affect our health. For some it’s alcohol, others love sugar and eat excessive amounts of it, and of course there are tobacco users and smokers.

According to statistics compiled by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), approximately 15.1% of the total U.S. adult population smoked cigarettes in 2015. The CDC’s data translates into an estimated 36.5 million Americans who smoked cigarettes that year. The fact remains that as unhealthy and deadly as the habit may be, people continue to smoke and do heavy damage to their bodies, especially their lungs. While quitting is the only way to stop and even reverse the damage caused by cigarettes, some people are just not going to stop.

The good news is that there is a way to minimize the negative effects caused by smoking. It involves a drink that helps to naturally cleanse your lungs of the harmful toxins that build up in them over time. I know what you’re already thinking at this point, when you hear the word ‘cleanse’ a lot of strange, weird fads likely pop into your mind. These days they’re everywhere and they all seem to promise to magically transform your body or help you lose weight in a matter of days. However, this lung cleansing drink should not be considered on the same level as any fad one because it actually delivers a healthy dose of powerful ingredients that aid and assist your body, rather than starve or deprive it of anything vital.

The powerful elixir’s strength lies in some of nature’s strongest and most effective healing agents; turmeric, onions, and ginger. Each of these ingredients are chock full of vitamins, minerals, and most importantly, antioxidants. The cancer fighting properties of antioxidants are renowned as they’re able to fight harmful free radicals in our bodies and work to prevent and reverse damage at the cellular level. If you are a current smoker, you need to give this a try and if you know someone who smokes, please be sure to pass the information along to them. It can also benefit anyone who suffers from bronchitis, asthma, throat infections, problems with excessive mucus, those who live in highly polluted areas, and anyone else who wants to clean and clear their lungs out. Here’s what you need and how to make the drink.

2 Tablespoons of turmeric
400 grams of onion(a little less than 1 pound)
300 grams of maple syrup (approximately 1¼ cup)
1 small peeled ginger root (thumb-sized will do)
1 liter of water

How to prepare the lung cleansing drink:

1. In a sauce pan combine the maple syrup and water, bring to a boil.
2. Meanwhile, peel and chop up the onions before adding them to the boiling water. Then grate the ginger and add it to the sauce pot as well.
3. Carefully add in the turmeric and reduce the heat to medium.
4. Allow the mixture to simmer for as long as it takes to reduce down to half of the original amount.
5. Strain the contents of the sauce pan into a glass container and when it has cooled down sufficiently it can then be placed in the refrigerator.

The best way to get the most out of this health tonic is to drink it twice daily. Ingest 2 tablespoons in the morning and 2 tablespoons in the evening, several hours after eating dinner or your last meal of the day.

In the end, it oftentimes turns out that the best path to health and wellness is the simple and all-natural way. If you wish to feel good and want to cleanse and purify both your body and lungs from the inside out, try this drink. Work it into your daily routine and soon you’ll be breathing easier!
