Study: Semen Is “Good for Women’s Health and Helps Fight Depression”

Let’s finally settle down that uncomfortable debate: Swallowing semen is good for your health!

Sperm may not be the primary thing you want to talk about on a girls’ night out or maybe at family dinner. However, there’s science nearby the baby batter that most of us have come across a time or two before.


Researchers have just discovered that the oral sex is literally good for women’s health and is also making them feel happier. An extensive range of chemicals in semen endorse mental well-being and feelings of warmth, say scientists.

The research is showing that semen actually holds chemicals that literally elevate the mood; increase the affection, improve sleep and even have at least three anti-depressants! The researchers also claim that women who have unprotected sex on a regular basis; are less depressed and perform better in cognitive tests.

Semen holds chemicals cortisol, which rises affection, elevates mood and mental well-being, and oxytocin that also elevate mood and overall mental well-being. But that’s not all; semen also contains thyrotropin, which is another antidepressant, and melatonin, which improves sleep, serotonin which is maybe the best-known antidepressant of all.

One teaspoon of semen holds over 200 proteins and numerous helpful vitamins and minerals. This includes vitamin C, chlorine, calcium, citric acid, lactic acid, fructose, magnesium, nitrogen, sodium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc and vitamin B12.

Amounts of each vitamin show a discrepancy with age and relative health of the obliging male, there is typically a significant amount of zinc present (about 3 percent of US RDA), which is antioxidant that helps to slow down the aging process. So as well as exercise, sex can give you a healthy dose of something good.
